Many people have been writing us and asking about the mini Amethyst Biomat that we use and want to know if we feel the benefits of it.   

Personally, we love it and use it daily, especially when waking up or just prior to sleep or if we need to warm up the core of our bodies or if we feel chilled. It's an indescribably delicious feeling. Misti feels that it aids in her digestion and we both notice our skin tone is very soft and smooth. We also notice it lulls is into a  lovely deep slumber and helps to mitigate feelings of anxiety, feeling peaceful, relaxed and serene.

The BioMat is a “pad” which lies on top of a massage table or your home mattress. It converts electricity through an EMI device (Electromagnetic Interceptor), which then passes through a computerized control panel with 9 variable heat settings, into Far Infrared Rays (FIR), and Negative Ions. Many people have been writing us and asking about the fact that we drink hydrogen water and want to know if we have felt the benefits of it.   

Personally , we feel much more hydrated...We drink 8 -12 glasses a day and feel it saturate our bodies, quenches our thirst and we feel more awake and clear.   We can use  filtered water and pour it directly into the machine. 

We've tried out many machines to see which one we prefer... and of all, we personally prefer QLIFE.  We have the Countertop H2 Well that plugs in and we are getting the Q-Cup Max for the road because we can use bottled water with the adapter.

Many people have been writing us because they heard we are becoming nomads going on a road trip of adventures and want to know what kind of portable solar power we'll be using during our travels.

Now that Misti & I have decided on traveling in a luxury Mercedes Touring Van, we are customizing a beautiful space for our 9 drawer Excalibur dehydrator where we can create all sorts of whole RAW vegan yummiliciousness to maintain our vegan/flexitarian lifestyle while we travel.
