From the universal perspective of creation, our bodies are made out of sound, light and love. It is the frequencies that interact with one another that build the nucleus of a cell. Therefore sound has the power to change our vibration and lift us out of negativity and disease at the cellular level of consciousness. Music has been scientifically proven to reduce stresses, anxieties, isolation and worries in our lives and help improve memory and focus.

Rebecca Dru is a multi-award winning Grammy Nominated Sound Freak, whose music has been heard worldwide. Misti Cooper is a gifted Energetic Alchemist who utilizes the therapeutic principles of sound healing as subtle energy medicine.  She uses sound as a way to move and release energy through ones body as one of her many modalities along with the Maha Karuna, Shambala and Qi Gong mastery.

Together Rebecca Dru & Misti Cooper are Storytelling Spiritual Mixologists who are using sound to teach people simple techniques to maintain a healthy joyful lifestyle. Sound is an integral part of their practice, teaching and facilitation of healing. As a result of their teaching, they have created Drutones & Mistical Meditations; a perfect combination of using sound and intentions to permeate the mind, body and spirit to take you on a deeper journey in your meditation.  They have been featured in magazines and online publications and lectured and given workshops at colleges and theaters.  

Vocal Toning is a powerful sound healing technique which uses the vibration of your voice for stress relief and relaxation by creating a real body and mind massage from the inside out. Vocal Toning is a boost for your physical and mental health.

A “Shruti Box” is an Indian instrument used to create drones  for vocal toning. It is designed to use one or two bellows that push air through tuned metal reeds inside the box. The reeds, which replace keys, are effectively controlled by the performer by opening and closing small flaps to either open or mute a tone. It's tuned chromatically, and covers an entire octave of notes. Typically shruti boxes are tuned from C to C and G to G.
